Money-Back Guarantee for the CBA Learning Module Series

Effective for Purchases Made After 2/7/07

A full purchase price refund will be provided contingent upon (1) receiving a copy of the program-generated Completion Status Log* indicating ALL modules completed within 6 mo. prior to the BACB exam**, (2) receiving dated BACB documentation of exam failure, and (3) relinquishing license/rights and uninstalling the program as per BDS instructions within 30 days of receiving documentation of failure from the BACB.  This guarantee is limited to single-individual use license owners***.

*The CBA Learning Module Series program generates a Completion Status Log.  This log indicates the start and completion date (i.e., the data 100% correct is achieved) of each module, as well as the number of sessions to criterion.

**For example, say you take the test November 15, 2007.  Your completion status log must reflect completion of all modules between May 15, 2007 and November 15, 2007.  You do not need to submit this log to us until after you receive your results and only if you fail the exam and are requesting a refund. 

***This guarantee applies only to purchases intended for a single user.  Schools, agencies, and others purchasing the CBA Learning Module Series to be used by two or more individuals are not eligible for a refund.  However, schools, agencies, etc., are eligible for a refund if the program is used by a single individual, they meet the above criteria, and BDS is told who that individual is at the time of purchase.
