Goals and Objectives:

We work with you to define your goals; then we work together on developing  objectives that measure essential skills.

Develop Material:

We work with you to develop materials. You know what your employees need to learn. We know how to structure that content to  ensure they learn the concepts they need to perform effectively.

Evaluate and Revise:

We beta test the product to ensure that concepts are learned effectively and efficiently. The program collects data that the users e-mail to us. In addition, beta testers could use forms built into the program to provide additional feedback.  These data are used to make revisions, if necessary.

Application:

Some skills need to be demonstrated on the job to guarantee that the training has been successful. Therefore, supplemental assessment and coaching procedures may need to be developed.  This will ensure that not only does the employee know the job, but he can also perform the tasks.
