Accessibility Statement

As an applied behavior analysis company, we are dedicated to serving handicapped populations, both directly for the people we train, and indirectly for the people our trainees serve.  We strive  to maintain, support, and improve the accessibility of our learning platform and instructional content for all learners. BDS continues to review the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) design and accessibility standards, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), part of the accessibility guidelines published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).  We make adjustments and improvements to our instructional content and learning platform accordingly. With regard to disability-related accessibility accommodations, we currently:

  • modify instructional parameters, such as
    • increasing time limits
    • adding run allotments
    • adjusting criteria (e.g., the required percentage of module completion)
  • provide I.T. support to assist with e-reader use and compatibility
  • provide customized solutions wherever possible
