Money-Back Guarantee for the CBA Learning Module Series

A full purchase price refund (excluding extensions) will be provided to the sole user contingent upon (1) 100% of the CBA learning modules in Areas 02, 03, 04, and 05 must be completed to 100% correct* within 6 months from the actual exam date and you fail the exam as indicated by the CBA Course Completion Report**, (2) BDS receiving the original BACB notification email indicating exam failure within 14 days of the license user’s receipt of said email; must include recipients email address (3) BDS receiving the BACB Exam Report indicating failure of the exam within 14 days of the licensed user's receipt of BACB notification email (forward the BACB notification email and your Exam Report to bbeaupre@behaviordevelopmentsolutions.com), and (4) the licensed user agreeing to immediate cessation of the CBA Learning Module Series use and termination of their license.

Organizations (e.g., schools, agencies, and universities) that purchase the CBA Learning Module Series are only eligible for a refund if the program is purchased for a particular individual and BDS is given the name of that individual at the time of purchase.

Organizations (e.g., schools, agencies, and universities) that purchase complete or partial payments and have their own no refund policy in effect are not eligible for a refund through BDS. The free extension option is available provided the user meets the extension qualifications. (Please see license extension for details.)

*For the purpose of this guarantee, BDS completion requirements may differ from and supersede all university and organization terms.

**For example, if you take the exam on November 15, 2020, your Course Completion Report must reflect completion (to 100%) on all of the learning modules in Areas 02, 03, 04 and 05 between May 15, 2020 and November 15, 2020. Module completion is not based on the CBA license dates but rather on an exact 6 month time period determined by the actual exam date.
